To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we may send a single confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To request help, reply HELP or contact our office by phone or email. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier’s network, coverage, and device compatibility.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our firm’s privacy practices.

No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will only be shared with our messaging service providers as necessary to enable delivery of messages; it will not be shared for any other purpose.

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be effective when we post the updated terms. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
