Severin Roberts

Severin Roberts is a Partner and Co-Owner of The Workers’ Firm. Severin leads The Roberts Team, a group of lawyers and professionals dedicated to representing clients in Georgia.  Severin has devoted his career to representing individuals with employment law matters. Severin has over 15 years of experience representing individuals at every level of the company facing difficult workplace issues.  Severin has extensive experience litigating and resolving cases involving sexual harassment, workplace retaliation, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, and gender, pregnancy, race, age and disability discrimination.

Prior to starting The Workers’ Firm, Severin was a partner for many years at one of the largest plaintiff-side employment law practices in the Southeast, including serving as leader of the firm’s Georgia team of attorneys.

Severin has received selection by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers as a top-rated attorney in the area of employment litigation. His dedication to his clients is evident in his numerous achievements, including securing one of the largest trial verdicts in Georgia against an employer for race discrimination. His passion for advocating for employees stems from a personal experience, having witnessed a close family member lose their career due to potential discrimination. This event has fueled his lifelong commitment to fighting for the rights of workers.

Severin is an Atlanta native with lifelong ties to the metro-Atlanta community. Severin is a graduate of Tulane University Law School and admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Federal District Courts of Georgia, and the 11th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

When Severin is not focused on helping clients, he enjoys spending his time with his family, as he has three children growing up fast.
