Trish Gill

Patricia Gill is a Lead Attorney with The Workers’ Firm.

Trish is a seasoned employment litigator who has worked on both the Plaintiff’s and Defense side. She works on a wide range of employment matters but has a particular interest in pregnancy discrimination.

Trish was the lead attorney in Stephanie Hicks v. City of Tuscaloosa Police Department an important case clarifying the rights of working mothers in the Eleventh Circuit. She successfully tried the case to verdict and argued the case on appeal. Trish regularly represents both federal and local government employees and private sector employees in cases involving discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, disability, sex and gender. She also takes legal action against employers who retaliate against the employees for standing up for these rights.

Trish is member of the Alabama State Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She Also serves on the Board of the National Employment Lawyers Association Alabama Affiliate.
